This is the most requested service we provide. It is the foundation of what we do. Crucial to your MLS we use several techniques in capturing the high resolution images. We combine flash, long exposure and layered imaging to ensure quality. We capture multiple angels of every room and exterior to ensure satisfaction. We are confident our services are superior. Turn around time is usually 8-24 hours delivered via box.com
Under 3000 sq ft
Condominiums to small homes 1-2 hour assignment.
3000 - 4000 sq ft
Medium to large properties 3+ hour assignment.
4000 sq ft or larger
Larger properties have other variables that does affect price. Please contact us for our bid.
Video
For the growing video demand we offer three options. Photo, computer generated and traditional video. Please remember, when you purchase photographic services from us and request video or computer generated video we extend a discount for the additional services. for details please contact us for our bid offer.
raw video for 3rd party editor
Some Realtors have their own editing team. They do this for branding standards and consistent appearance. We can provide on site recording services so that your team can edit and produce your video. This would include meeting with you at the property and while looking into the camera introduce the property. We would also shoot a variety of room entry clips and room panoramic to provide your team with excellent content
Short form video
We can create a video tour of your property using images from our photo shoot. Here we apply a smooth transitions between images as we tour each room. We feature all the highlights with background music. We label the property address and include any marketing data you prefer. We can provide this content MLS compliant and/or for social media.
Traditional Video
Traditional video requires a variety of tools. We always use gimbals for smooth gliding between spaces. We begin from outside and tour to through each room. We enter rooms and settings to give a cinematic quality. We pan rooms to make you feel present. We add smooth transitions and label each room. The result including editing takes longer. Turn around time tends to be 3 business days.
Matterport 3D Virtual Tour
The 3D virtual tour service is an interactive experience where the viewer controls where they go and what they see by manipulating the mouse or screen. This technology also provides a video. The Matterport video component adds wonderful graphic content. Turn around time is within 8-24 hours. We upload the virtual tour to your MLS and the video is delivered via box.com

Matterport is an excellent tool for show casing your property or venue.
4000 sq ft or larger
Please allow us to bid on the specifics of your needs. This technology is proprietary and long term file storage has an additional cost of $200 per year. We can also create graphic video files for venue marketing content. These additional Services require details we must consider before we can quote a price.

Floor plans require first hand visiting property and measuring with a laser and establishing exact measurements. The work takes 2-3 days. If added to existing services $100 as a stand alone service the cost is $175

In our videos we include music for videos from free resources. If you would like other music the fee is added to video cost
Narrating and Voice Over
We can provide voice over services in some cases costs begin at $25 per hour
Time Lapse
Time Lapse adds eye catching content that is very effective in drawing in viewers. Depending on the length of time and details will reflect the bid price
Profile Portraiture
